The breakdown line goes to a person, not a queue. The first ninety seconds are always the same three questions: where exactly are you, is the car in a safe position, and is anyone in it.
Roadside first, tow second
Around half of the calls we take are fixed at the roadside — a battery, a fuse, a wheel, occasionally a fuel mistake. That is the cheaper outcome for everyone, so the van goes out carrying the parts that solve the common cases.
If it does need to come in, the flatbed takes it straight to the workshop and it goes on a lift the same morning. You get a photograph of what we found before we quote anything.
Tell us the road, the direction of travel and the nearest junction. That alone takes ten minutes off the arrival time.
