Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is free, but booking guarantees your slot — online it takes about 60 seconds.
How do shipping & returns work?
Orders over €50 ship free in 2–3 working days; under €50, shipping is €4.90. Returns are free within 30 days, unopened.
Can I pick up online orders in the salon?
Yes — choose “Pickup in salon” at checkout and we’ll have it ready the same day, usually within two hours.
Which products do you use — and can I buy them?
Our own Aura line plus a small set of trusted professional brands. Everything we use behind the chair is in the shop.
How do gift cards work?
Enter the code at checkout or show it at the front desk. Cards are valid for 24 months, for services and products alike.
