Before your first visit
What happens at my first visit?−
Plan 45 minutes: we take your history, run movement tests, explain the diagnosis and start treatment — you leave with a written plan.
Do you bill my insurance directly?+
Yes. We bill most statutory and private insurers directly — bring your card and prescription, we handle the paperwork.
Do I need a referral?+
Not for assessments, prevention or shop purchases. For insurer-covered treatment plans, bring your doctor's prescription.
Can I return a brace or support?+
Unworn items: 30 days, free returns. Fitted braces can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days.
How fast is shipping?+
Orders before 15:00 ship the same day — free over €60. Or pick up at either clinic, usually ready within 2 hours.
